I first met with Peder, the manager, who helped get everything started and then introduced me to Matthew, who was truly the Traverse expert. When I say expert, I mean Matthew knew everything about the vehicle without hesitation. Every question I had was answered confidently and thoroughly, and it was clear that he genuinely knew the Traverse inside and out. I’ve had experiences at other dealerships where I felt unheard, pressured, or pushed toward vehicles I wasn’t actually interested in. That was absolutely not the case here. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. He listened to what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. As a mom, it was important for me to test the vehicle with our car seats and make sure it would truly fit our family’s lifestyle. Matthew was patient and understanding, never making me feel rushed. This purchase was a huge deal for me—I had been driving the same vehicle for 10 years, so buying a brand new car was a big milestone. Thanks to Peder and especially Matthew, what could have been an overwhelming experience turned into an exciting and enjoyable one.
