I had an outstanding experience buying my brand new GMC Canyon thanks to Camden and the entire Morris Buick GMC team. From the moment I walked in, the process was simple, stress-free, and never pushy. I knew I had found my truck as soon as I saw it on the showroom floor, and Camden and the team immediately moved it off the showroom just for me. Camden gave me plenty of space, offered me water, and walked me through all the truck’s features before I left so I felt confident driving it home. I mentioned that I had a work call in an hour, and he made sure everything was handled efficiently—I was out the door in my new truck with time to spare. What really stood out was the follow-up. A few months later, I received a suspicious letter about my truck. I texted Camden, and he quickly reassured me that it was a scam and had my back once again. That kind of support doesn’t stop after the sale. I truly felt like Camden was looking out for me through the entire car-buying process and beyond. Highly recommend Camden and the whole Morris Buick GMC crew.

Set up an appointment to see a car days ahead of time. Dealership confirmed the appointment 3 times, once on the phone verbally and twice via text (the last confirmation being while I was on my way there to see the car) I arrived with a W2, paystubs, and utility bill in my pocket, but I was not able to see the car after leaving work a little early and driving an hour out of the way to do so. The salesman said it was in the shop having scratches buffed out and I believe him (seems like a trustworthy guy), but who knows Id say to confirm that you can still see the car multiple times the day of before you take the time to head up there, but I'm not sure if that would mitigate the risk or not. Make sure they pinky promise over the phone I guess! lol

Had a fantastic experience as a first time buyer, nothing but positive things to say about Jeremy and the dealership. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is about the Body Shop. Dave, the manager is excellent, as with his office partner. He was very accessible. He and his crew are excellent. Absolutely no problems. Even with supply chain issues he came through. All of his help are extraordinary craftsman and meticulous. Hitting a deer is very stressful, he made it work.

We were greeted with a friendly smile from Kathleen who quickly got our service order processed. We were directed to the customer lounge where we found fresh brewed coffee waiting. Our car was completed as requested and on time. We were advised the rear brakes had fallen below the minimum safe operating range and a precise quote was provide for the needed repair. We scheduled an appointment for next week.
