Staff members at this establishment are consistently praised for their friendly, patient, and knowledgeable approach, with customers highlighting positive interactions across sales and finance departments. However, one long-term customer raised concerns about recurring unexpected repairs following routine maintenance visits, suggesting a pattern that has created financial hardship.
This dealership is awesome to work with! The salesman who helped me, Coleman Brooke, was patient, knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. He did what was in his power to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I had a bad experience with the prior Ford dealer at that location, but Mosaic Auto Group is nothing like them. They will go the extra mile to help you.
Amazing experiment. Beautiful Escalade Lilly explained all the features . Jesse was a blast in finance! Loved his dreads and made it a painless experience. Lilly is so sweet and the whole experience was like hanging out with family! Thank you for the fun experience and laughs today
I had an amazing experience with this dealership from start to finish! Brandon was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through every step of the process, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, which made a huge difference. The vehicle selection was great, the pricing was fair, and the customer service went above and beyond. I drove away feeling confident and excited about my purchase! If you’re looking for a new car come here and ask for Brandon!!!
Customer Feedback Regarding Recent Service Experiences I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for some time, and until recently, my experiences were consistently positive. However, over the past three oil changes, I’ve noticed a troubling pattern: each time I come in for a routine oil change, I’m informed shortly afterward that something else is wrong with my vehicle—resulting in unexpected and costly repairs. As a single mother recently divorced and working hard to put myself through school, this has placed a significant financial strain on me. In the past year alone, I’ve had to pay nearly $4,000 for repairs following what should have been simple maintenance visits. These costs required me to borrow money, which I’m still working to repay—both to the shop and to the person who helped me cover the bills. I’m scheduled for another oil change this week, and I’m approaching it with caution. I’ve started to feel skeptical about whether these issues are coincidental or if I’m being taken advantage of. It’s deeply concerning to think that some auto shops may tamper with vehicles to generate repeat business. All I want is a straightforward $95 oil change without being pressured into additional repairs that triple the cost. It’s hard enough balancing work, school, and parenting—I shouldn’t have to choose between fixing my car to get to work and feeding my children. I’m sharing this in hopes of transparency and accountability. I’m praying this next visit is different.
