Just purchased my first new fully electric vehicle. 2024 Mach E Premium AWD extended range. WOW!!! Byron Aucoin, the sales representative that looked after me, was a nice breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable, polite, courteous, professional, and did not employ ANY pressure tactics during the whole transaction. He walked me through the whole process and explained all the high tech new features that the vehicle had, how to properly charge the vehicle, and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend Byron, who has a mechanical background, to anyone who is looking to purchase, or lease either a new or used vehicle. He worked with me to get the best deal that was beneficial to both myself, and the dealership. Nothing but respect Byron. Thank you for putting up with all of my questions, and teaching me all the things I needed to know to get the most enjoyment out of my new vehicle. Debbie, in finance was also a complete joy to work with. She explained the whole financial picture, and covered all the pros to possibly purchasing some extra coverage. She made me feel like family. Mosher Motors did everything they could to make our car-shopping experience easy and stress-free. We came with a hundred questions, and every one of them was answered clearly and patiently. We needed snow tires on the vehicle—done the very next day. The undercoating was completed right away as well. Our salesman, Matt, took the time to walk us through all the features before we headed home. The whole team has a warm, down-home feel, which meant a lot to us as we were making a major purchase.
