# Summary The dealership receives praise from satisfied customers for welcoming staff, patient sales representatives, and a pressure-free buying experience that encourages repeat business. However, some customers have reported significant frustrations with contract handling, poor communication about financing delays, and inconsistent service department responsiveness.
The entire staff from the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. So polite, attentive and easy going. Javy and the entire staff made my car buying experience extremely pleasant. Hand down the Best Car Buying Experience. I won't go anywhere else when I need a new car and I'll definitely send customers your way.
I've bought a lot of vehicles. Moss Bros Dodge Riverside was probably the best experience I had purchasing a vehicle. Our sells rep. Jett and the rest his crew took the time needed to help make a great deal and not in a pushy way that 99% of other car dealers are like. We actually went home and came back the next day to buy for them because of the no pressure selling. Thank you Moss Brothers Dodge. We love our new Jeep Gladiator.
This establishment actually don't deserve a star they have bully rude salesman's and sale managers who do not care about their customers, I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Moss Bros Dodge of Riverside. I purchased a vehicle for my son, who is a college student, under the agreement that I would put down an initial payment and return within two weeks to complete the rest. They even dropped the car off to my home for my husband, who is the co-signer, to sign, which made it seem like everything was finalized. Within those two weeks, I called to make the remaining down payment, and I was told not to worry about it because they were having issues with their financing department. That already raised concerns, but I trusted what they told me. I also asked if I should bring the car in, and they told me no and that they would get back to me. During that same time, I noticed the maintenance light was on. About two weeks later, I contacted them again and was told I could bring the car in on March 25th around 4 PM for service. Trusting their instructions, I brought the car in with my children. When I arrived, I was suddenly asked to re-sign a contract with no clear explanation. My husband was on the phone asking why, and before signing anything, we asked them to check the car for service first. We were told to have a seat and that they would help us with both. After waiting, I was then told my contract had “expired,” and they proceeded to take the vehicle back. At that point, it felt like they played me into bringing the car in under the reason of service just so they could take it back. I had followed everything they told me to do. To make matters worse, they then asked me to sign paperwork to release the money I had already paid for the down payment. However, come to find out after signing, they told me the paperwork was actually to release the car back to them. I was extremely upset and not fully aware in that moment, and I had already signed thinking it was for my money. The entire situation made me feel like they were treating us as if we had stolen the car, which was extremely disrespectful and upsetting. My children and I were left without transportation or a way to get home. After going back and forth with the sales manager, who was rude, he finally said he would have someone take us home after telling me only for my kids I can stay outside because he did not like the way I put him in his place I told him I don't like the way you handle the car business I did with you and I wonder what Glen Moss would think of your poor unprofessional customer service, because all these guys had to do was say can you please come in we are having issues with the deal on the car even after you and your husband signed the contract, we would have took the car in to fix the issue you don't treat your customers likes this because you dropped the ball with banks I have emails to prove this was you guys fault your staff told me that it was you all issue it was on y'all not us we did our part, This whole situation was stressful, misleading, and completely unprofessional. I feel like I was misinformed and taken advantage of from beginning to end. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Terrible service. I went in for an oil change and they forgot to put back the undercarriage cover properly it came off on the fwy. I went in to get fixed and service advisor said to drop it off and will be ready at end of day. This was at 9 am. I t9ld him I can't afford to wait since I need my car and have a busy day. He could care less. Never ever going there again
