Mossy Toyota

Brian was very patient and respectful! We were confused but he took his time explaining everything. We had so many questions and requests and he kindly researched and responded. He was extremely friendly and we never felt pressured into making a purchase. The vehicle we were interested wouldn’t arrive until July, but Brian made some phone calls and arranged for one in-stock in LA to bring over to Mossy Toyota so that we could take it home the same day. It did take a bit longer than expected and was cutting it close to closing time, Brian stayed until the vehicle was in our possession and we were happy with it, rather than leaving or asking us to come back the next day to pick it up. Overall we had a great experience!

I had a good experience at Mossy, Kyle was very helpful and he was actually interested in what my needs were and how he could get me in a vehicle that met them. At first glance I thought this place has no cars, but then they showed me a huge lot next door, and more cars on the roof. Their finance guy was doing financial gymnastics to get me in a car that meets my needs and the car that I wanted. Considering my situation he did a great job! The closer, was upfront and straight forward. So I forgot my glasses and I misread the contract which wasn't his fault, but we worked through my issues and landed the deal. Thanks guys for all your help!

We had such a great experience buying our car. It was probably the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Our sales guy was knowledgeable but was not pushy in any way. He gave us information but let us have space to make our decision without any pressure. Then when we went over to the finance guy, Robin, he was also great. He also gave us information about our choices for maintenance and security for our car. Again, he let us choose. We will definitely let others know about our experience here.

Going to a dealer can be an overwhelming experience. We showed up to Mossy Toyota with a few specific model/trim options in mind, and met Eddie on one of his first days working at the dealer. He was inviting and kind, and made a human experience. He admitted when he didn’t know something, and approached our journey to find our next car with curious authenticity. We didn’t find our car on the first visit, or the second visit, but we stayed in touch, and on the third visit, they had the right car, and we worked out a good deal. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn’t want along the way. Eddie even delivered the car to us knowing we had a busy schedule during the week. I think this is about the best a new car buying experience can get. Thanks Eddie!

I walked in looking for a Camry XLE with the premium package and Panaromic sunroof. Evan was my Sales Rep and he is awesome. I test drove a similar model Camry XSE but told him the car and features I wanted. He and the team found me the XLE model with all the features I wanted including the panoramic sun roof. Car wasn't there on lot but he said he could get it for me there the next day. I asked for an out the door price and got the sheet with the final numbers and I reserved my car no pressure. Next day as promised the vehicle was there and I was able to complete the purchase with the numbers we agreed upon the day before. Robin was my Finance Rep and he was awesome as well. He was very knowledgeable and helped me complete the contract quick. I had a very great experience with Mossy Toyota and the staff. I will definitely return for future purchases and recommend them.
