Excellent experience dealing with Matt the salesperson and Andy the sales manager. They were very accommodating to all of my needs. I was not pushed into buying anything they were very fair and honest. When I'm ready for my next car I'm definitely going back. Oh and I can't forget Orlando who went over the paperwork. Explained everything and answered all questions we had. Definitely worth stopping in is talking to these guys if you're in the market for the new or used vehicle. Tell them Freddy sent you!

I've been looking at a Chevy Trax for over a year. I've always been leary about dealing w car salesmen, such fast talkers! Anyway, yesterday I went to Motion and the experience was a very good one from start to finish. The salesman, Vito, took the time to explain everything & was very patient when explaining all the electronics! I'm sure I'll be back for more explaining though! The entire staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Motion Chevrolet for your next car purchase!

I rarely leave reviews, but after several months of stress and repeated issues, I feel obligated to share my experience. I worked primarily with Advisor Matt, along with several other staff members whose names I unfortunately don’t recall. Unfortunately, I can echo many of the one‑star service reviews mentioning dishonesty and questionable practices. My experience involved multiple visits, significant time wasted, cancelled appointments, and long periods of uncertainty. I was without my vehicle on and off, which caused major disruptions in my life; including my son missing school. The stress from this situation was significant and ongoing for nearly five months. Throughout my visits here, I was repeatedly told that repairs related to my check engine light (P0420 / catalytic converter) were not covered under my 8‑year / 80,000‑mile warranty. I was strongly pushed toward spending $1,200–$1,400 out of pocket on exhaust parts and labor. For peace of mind, I took my vehicle to another Chevy dealer about 30 minutes away. Not only was their professionalism and communication dramatically better, but 100% of the repairs were fully covered under warranty; no argument, no pressure, no confusion. The contrast between dealerships was night and day. It was clear that I was being steered toward customer‑pay repairs here that should have been warranty-covered. That type of runaround and lack of transparency is unacceptable and, in my opinion, will eventually damage this service department’s reputation. I will never return to this location for service. If you value honesty, clear communication, and your time, I strongly recommend reconsidering before servicing your vehicle here.

We got our 3rd lease at Motion yesterday 8/15/2025. Cris was Our salesperson He is a great guy . He knew everything about the car, and able to set it all up with ease. I would also like to thank Andy the sales manger. Andy made sure we got the proper discounts and worked the number to get where we needed to be. Also a big Thank You to Matt the service Manger he is a good Friend & looked out for us the whole time. We would recommend Motion to anyone look for a new or used car.
