The Motion Mazda Orangeville team has made buying my first car a fantastic experience. Nav was very accommodating and was very knowledgeable and polite when it came to making sure I knew about all aspects of the car I was looking to buy. He was also great at making sure we were comfortable and went out if his way to provide great hospitality. He also did best to help me find a car that fit all my needs. He was also very realistic which was refreshing and you could tell he cares about what he does. I would absolutely come back here to buy another car in the future!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Mazda CX-5 from Motion Mazda. David was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. We truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the purchase. Initially, I was not planning to leave review if it is not 5 star review since my salesman asked 3 times to leave a Google review since they care about their rating on Google map. I ended up buying 2023 Mazda CX-9 for $37,800 while posting price was $38,800. It was posted as Certified Pre-owned on their official website, but it was not. Sales manager gave me an option to get a pre-certified or get $1000 discount without CPO. I chose $1000 discount with higher rate(CPO 5.45% and non CPO rate 6.49 APR). They said my car will still go through 100 points inspection though it is not CPO. However, they only provided internal inspection repair order, not overall inspection form though I explicitly requested it on pick up day. 2 weeks after picking up the car, I found out there is annoying resonating noise coming from vent when it is on full blast. This a photo with filthy cabin air filter on my 2023 Mazda CX-9. I believe my experience doesn’t belong to their 4.7 Google Map review. I guess customers who bought a new car just threw 5 star reviews with excitement. I would not explicitly mention the staff name since it is not complimentary review. They were generally good, but I can’t help feeling they didn’t care about my car and our deal. Would I recommend this place to my family or my friends? NO

Gavin Stokes the sales consultant at Motion Mazda has always been extremely friendly, helpful and always takes the time to explain things to us. I have dealt in the past with Gavin and I can say that his honesty and sincerity has not changed. He's a good person to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. I just picked up my cx50 and he never disappointed us . I thank you again for all your help and support and looking forward to enjoying our Mazda cx50.
