Just wanted to thank Ken Ellis at Motor City - we were looking for a truck online, saw what we wanted but unknowingly arrived 30 minutes before they closed. Ken was great! He grabbed the keys and a plate and sent us off for a test drive! When we got back we figured we would follow up on Monday as they are closed on Sunday - but Ken insisted it was ok, that he didn't mind staying and " lets get some information" - within an hour, not only were we approved but he had all the paperwork done!! I have to say that the whole experience at Motor City with Ken was the quickest, most painless experience I've ever had at an auto dealership! Tom and Gary were amazing! I have tried a few different dealerships and motor city is the first place that not only got me approved but made the whole process stress free and got me approved all on my own without a co-signer or trade in, which I was told elsewhere was not possible! I highly recommend this business if your looking for a vehicle! They make it easy strsss free and make you smile during the entire process!

After a few weeks of shopping for a truck I ended up at motor city and met tom first and eventually met Gary. First impression was , wow these guys arent your typical pushy car salesman just genuine ppl making a living trying to help other ppl out. Final thoughts , I left after a few days of Gary going to bat for me with banks due to my less than great credit, and tom updating me every step of the way with the exact truck I not only really wanted but I really needed ! My previous truck had lived its life and my truck is my income. These guys are beyond the best ! If I could give ten stars I would ! Very highly recommend motor city ! Driving by it may look like another used car lot but these guys are legit and they actually care, you’ll leave with a vehicle and wondering if they wanna get drinks with ya sometime , lol great guys, couldn’t be happier with my experience. If you’re looking for a vehicle and you’re not sure who to trust or where to go… this IS the place to go. I was so worried about my credit being horrible, when I say my credit is not good at all, I mean it. I still got approved with the help of TOM and KEN! These two are the most genuine, nicest human beings I’ve ever met. Treated me like family, and made me feel so welcomed and kept my head up high while I was sitting there feeing anxious. With the upcoming winter season, I didn’t just want a new car I needed one for the safety of myself and my daughter. I found a great truck I was interested in at Motor City of Rochester. Tom, our salesman is personable and worked to get us a purchase price and financing were faie. I don't generally like sales guys but I like Tom.
