Motor Mile Chevrolet Buick

Michelle has been my primary go to service advisor on my truck and the wife’s Tahoe. She is super to keep me informed of my vehicle repair status. Both vehicles had some major repairs in the past few months and all of the service advisors have been great.

From start to finish, Matt was wonderful to work with. He took the time to make sure that we understood the infotainment system and that the OnStar system was signed in before he would let us leave. We drove 1 1/2 hours to buy this new car and would make the drive again. Thanks, Matt, for the kindness that you showed us while we were at the Harevy Chevrolet.

We just moved here, and this was my first visit to Harvey Chevrolet. From the very first phone call to picking up my keys after the service was completed, the staff was incredible. Andy was amazing, he kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a service department as impressive as the team at motor mile. They truly made this a great experience. Not sure how I can make this review any better, our original service manager is gone, but this team is still incredible and it's the first dealership I've actually trusted to take my car to.

I gave Michael Ritter a call to find me a work truck. He got back to me the same day with the perfect truck. I am so happy with the deal I made, and the staff at the Motor Mile Chevrolet Buick is awesome.

George Harvey told me there's no satisfying you guys. I had recently had my truck worked on spent over 2k. Told them it might be catalytic converter to start with bc the smell of exhaust and sound it made. They said it was something else said it's all fixed went to pick up and still had same issue never fixed what it was it sent for, plus my ac wasn't working so I took back. Called me the next day after said it was catalytic converter and cracked condenser charged me additional $205 to tell, what I told them it was originally. Mind you I went to Advance Auto and charged my AC works perfectly again they try to pull shady shit don't fix nothing if I could give a zero star I would plus my check engine light is on now
