Motor Mile Honda

Took my 2026 vehicle in for regular maintenance. The online scheduling was easy. Travis was very welcoming and clearly explained what they would do. He said it would be ready before noon and it was. Travis followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied. I made a minor suggestion and he was very receptive, not defensive at all and said he'd speak with the manager about making that change. I don't expect perfection but I do expect people to strive for perfection. My experience was this was exactly what Travis was attempting.

Although I bought my car in Roanoke, now that I've moved to the Blacksburg area, I regularly bring it to the service department at Motor Mile Honda. The service advisors and technicians are always friendly, professional, and helpful, and they've been able to take care of everything I've needed, including my state inspection this visit. While they do offer a drop-off option, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax while my car was being serviced. Overall, I've had consistently positive experiences here and would gladly recommend their service department.

Jay is the BEST! He is friendly, professional and extremely competent and knowledgeable about all things Honda! He is true to his word, keeps me informed as to the status of my vehicle(s) and goes above and beyond with his exceptional customer service! Won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Very competent staff, very friendly, a very nice well lit waiting room with big glass windows, with free water and coffee and TV and very comfortable chairs. They are as fast as can be, and must be awfully good at what they do because they sure have a lot of customers! AND! they have a free shuttle service if you want to wait at home!!

Very good experiences here. Service advisor ALWAYS makes all the difference. To make a long story short, ask for Travis. He is great. Works hard to understand your concerns, get them right, coordinate with Techs and keep you posted. We really appreciate him. The shuttle and driver are also a nice touch for longer appointments.
