As a regular KIA customer over the years, I recently went in for routine service to have transmission fluid changed and a safety inspection. While completing the service, the technician noticed my radiator and rear trailing arm bushings need to be replaced. This is approximately a $1800 job using after market parts, and $2500 using OEM KIA parts. As they're no longer a KIA dealer, I ended up getting the work covered under extended warranty at KIA, but I was very impressed with all of the staff, their thoroughness and professionalism. Brad, April, and Mark were very welcoming and professional. They prevented a potential stranding type situation that most likely would have occurred had I not gone in for the routine transmission service. Thanks!
