I had a seamless buying experience with @Liam Frey in early May 2026! I came in to the dealership as an independent single woman, dreading the typical conversations with a car salesman. Liam met me with a very approachable demeanor. He LISTENED to me. Made eye contact. Asked qualifying questions and hustled to get a couple cars ready for a test drive. BMW's nomenclature was confusing to me. @Liam Frey was able to explain it within the few models I was interested in. @Liam Frey taught me about the BMW features of each model. He was persistent with the finance people to make a deal happen that was fair and equitable for both of us. I traded a four year old competitor model. I now own a 2026 BMW X1 xDrive28i in Cape York Green Metallic with Castanea Perforated Veganza and I absolutely LOVE the look and the power! @Liam Frey has a client for life! Cheers!

Easy 5-star experience from start to finish! Everyone at BMW made the process feel welcoming, comfortable, and genuinely customer-focused. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the receptionist greeted me every single time and made me feel valued as a customer. Small details like this really stood out. My Salesperson, Kevin Yantes, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was never pushy, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and always gave me honest opinions instead of trying to simply “sell” me a car. Communication was excellent - whether it was email, text, or a phone call, I always received a quick response and never felt in limbo. He was also incredibly patient and thorough whenever I had questions, even the ones I felt embarrassed asking. The finance experience was equally impressive. Instead of trying to pile on unnecessary add-ons, she took the time to understand my driving style and lifestyle, and gave honest recommendations on things like window tint and coverage options - including what she personally would and wouldn’t do. It felt tailored to my needs rather than a sales pitch. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured at any point in the process. The BMW brand and vehicle sold themselves, and the staff was there to guide, educate, and support me throughout the experience. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership and team! They just gained a customer for life.

I recently had my car serviced, and also purchased a few things from the parts department. My expectations were ordinary, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience, due to Jordan and Gabe. I met Jordan in the service department, who turned out to be the best service tech I’ve ever dealt with, he is by far the kindest, most knowledgeable, and helpful person. Highly recommended. Gabe in the parts department, also made my trip to BMW Motorwerks a wonderful experience. I feel, he enthusiastically answered all my questions, and was able to find all the things I needed that day. It’s clear to me these guys genuinely care about their customers, and what they do. I’ve never felt more welcomed, and this just confirms why I will only buy my cars from them. I highly recommend this location, as the kind vibe is felt throughout the entire place, within all of the employees!

I had a really great experience at BMW Motorwerks. My salesperson, Sonny Truong, took my appointment last minute and still made the whole process smooth and easy. Everything was straight to the point, no pressure and they were even able to beat the trade-in offer I had from another place. One thing that really stood out was the extra effort from the team. I accidentally left some sentimental items in my old car after trading it in, and Sonny and the staff at Motorwerks went above and beyond to track them down and get them back to me. I really appreciated that. Erik Andersen in finance was also awesome. He helped me find additional discount credits and walked me through the financing options in a way that was clear and actually helpful instead of overwhelming. Anita Afanasyev, the BMW Genius, spent time showing me how to use the BMW interface and features after I got the car. She explained everything in a way that made it really easy to understand, which made getting comfortable with the car so much faster. The only small hiccup was that I had to bring the car back briefly because a recall hadn’t been cleared before delivery, but they fixed it quickly and it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend BMW Motorwerks.

Definitely had the absolute best experience! Jessica & Shawn were so great to work with!! I was upside down in my current vehicle. They took it as a trade in and I got the car and payment that I wanted. I am in love with my new car. They answered all of our questions and made it the best experience. I don't think I will ever own a different car. Thank you so much!!
