Highly recommend Mount Pleasant Chevrolet for your vehicle needs. I found a truck online, contacted the dealership add talked to Richard in sales. He kept me informed and didn’t blow my phone up with continuous texts and calls. Told him what I was wanting, set an appointment and went in. He met me as I walked in, talked about the truck, went and test drove it, he was very informative about the vehicle. We drove it, came back and they already had the info ready for my trade. We talked and about 2 hours later I drove off the lot with a brand new truck. Dawson in finance is also A+, he is a no bullshitter, doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, tells you the truth, won’t sell you any extra stuff you don’t need either. Makes suggestions and lets you decide ace doesn’t hound you about it. They got my truck all cleaned up and ready to go, ordered me some running boards, talked me through the whole technology side of it, helped set up the app for the vehicle. Made sure I understood even before I left. Again, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Im giving you ZERO stars. I brought my truck to you with pretty simple repairs so I thought. You had my truck for seven days waiting on parts you call one time use parts. No updates on what was going on unless I initiated a call to you. Then after seven days you delivered my vehicle missing lugnuts on both front wheels. Will not be back do not recommend. This is not a factory dealership seems more like a fly by night outfit. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a factory dealership.

The Good…Thanks to Craig our sales guy! If you hadn’t been there we would have went elsewhere. The Bad and Ugly… left them a deposit last Friday so everything could be ready for us to pick it up at our appointed time…. Departed work early, to drive an hour and a half to the dealership and still had to wait over an hour for finance to prepare our 4 documents to sign and leave with our truck tonight.

I have purchased over 25 new vehicles in my lifetime and I have never had a better experience. Deandre, Craig and Gage made the process extremely quick, painless and as professional as possible. I would happily give this team 6 stars if I could. Many thanks to these gentlemen. Enjoying my new Ram Tungsten immensely! Hope to be back as a customer down the line someday!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Gabriel went above and beyond before I even got there sharing videos and different information to where all I had to do was arrive, test drive, and sign some papers! Most places I dealt with in past I would be sitting there at dealership for over half a day, but not here!
