Mountain Grove Ford

I highly recommend Mountain Grove Ford for service and/or buying a veichle. If I could give them 6 stars I would! I went in for an oil change on my 2025 F-150. The service dept was perfect... polite, on time and very attentive to customer service. I also at the time of my oil change looked at a used vehicle for my wife. Steele was my salesman and he was absolutley AWSOME!! SUPER nice guy and went above & beyond to make the sale. I bought the Lincoln Nautilus later that day. THANK YOU STEELE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT MOUNTAIN GROVE FORD!!

The quality of work, honesty, and ability to provide correctly installed tires and parts was not in their service. In addition. I found a missing center on one wheel of my vehicles after a tire rotation. They installed the wrong tires on another vehicle and then requested I pay even more after installing the correct tires. This costs me time, money, and mileage for the several trips back to correct the mistake they made. I now wonder what else was lied about by that employee doing the tire service or what else was hid. I will never use there service again!

This delership is a joke anymore. All the new guys are way to pushy. Can barley get in the parking lot and they come up to your window trying to get your attention. Calling and texting nonstop. Won't return your calls when you need something done after the sale. We have bought a truck and camper then went back for another. Safe to say we won't be shipping here anymore. Them guys need a talking to or something.

Very nice dealer. Brett was great to deal with and very helpful. Was able to keep the truck on deposit for a week while I could find time to make the 4 hour trip down. They made right on fixing a few minor issues before the sale at no charge. Overall great experience and in love with my new to me truck! Would definitely drive down again to buy another car.

My most recent visit involved a recall on my 2012 Ford Focus. The service center was accommodating to my schedule as I live over an hour from Mountain Grove. Staff are friendly, professional. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
