They are very customer friendly and very, very thorough. They will bend over backwards for their customer as they have for us. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean cars in great conditions. I recommend they’re service over any others.

I had a wonderful experience working with Marius. He answered all of my questions truthfully and was upfront about the cost. There were no hidden fees involved, which was a huge plus. I appreciate that Marius allowed me to inspect the car and test drive it without him hovering; that took off a lot of pressure I was feeling and I was able to fully get a feel of the vehicle. First, let me start off by saying, we live 200 miles from this dealership, but I read good reviews and they had a car I was rather interested in, so I committed to at least traveling for a test drive. My experience with getting a rental car to drive out and assess the car was an absolute nightmare (rental place canceled my reservation 3 times) and with a non refundable hotel, I was super stressed out. Through all of this Marius was very flexible working with me on the time I could show up/test drive. I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder, so little things rattle me when it comes to uncertainty, or if I'm making a big decision. I cannot stress enough how much these guys put me at ease. When we arrived he quickly greeted us, was super friendly and sent me off on a test drive within just a couple of minutes. Imagine my surprise when I realized they didn't ride along for the test drive. I was so thankful for this, because even though I drove their car like I would if it was my own, I knew with my anxiety I'd have been too scared to really test everything and make sure I wasn't buying a bad used car. I knew the car was already a good deal, but was mega stressed and they made it easy. Funny side note, but I wanted to share...my dad was looking at the listing online while we were getting lunch, so he could help us decide and he ACCIDENTALLY pressed the call button and ended up talking with Marius. Now, to clarify this was an accident, because he didn't want to impose on us picking what car we wanted /how much we paid, he just wanted to be guidance. HOWEVER, I should also note that my dad loves buying cars. Not for the car, he just really enjoys the art of knowing what something is worth and the whole process of negotiations/is realllllllllllllly good at reading when people are jerking you around or when they're genuine. I'm not saying this BECAUSE it's my dad, I'm saying it, because I've seen him buy so many cars over the years and know. When he accidentally spoke to Marius, he didn't give an offer, etc he just spoke to him to get a feel for it and my dad confidently told me that he could tell the guy was being honest and there genuinely wasn't much wiggle room for negotiations without him basically losing money on the sale. This led to me confidently knowing we were getting a good deal and even with it being so tight on margins they worked with us to get a little closer to what we were comfortable spending and then the paperwork took ten minutes. After a stressful couple of days it was so nice for this part to be so painless. Warning - non car related, but human TMI (Women Stuff), related info below. Unfortunately, I have quite a few health issues that impact me daily and sometimes make me feel like I'm not even human at certain points. With all the stress that I dealt with getting over there and then making a big decision I realized that my stupid body betrayed me and I had accidentally bled slightly on one of their chairs. I was mortified. I noticed right as I was walking out to go eat lunch while we talked about if we were going to buy the car. I'm sure someone noticed it, but nobody said anything, or looked at me in disgust. When I came back from lunch I was going to politely speak to the nice lady in the office (sorry, I forgot your name!!) and ask if there was something I could use to clean up the chair. However, when I came back it was already cleaned up and at that point I knew everyone had to have seen it, but nobody even acted like it happened. They didn't make me feel like a weirdo, and didn't treat me like mutant because of it. I know this has nothing to do with the car part of the visit, I just wanted to share how kind and compassionate these three are, because I wanted to cry after everything I had been through. Thank you for not making this awkward for me, and again I'm so sorry it happened. Bottom line, if you need a car, these guys care. I knew when I was done that I was getting the best deal and a good car. Thanks MHM, we'll definitely be back in the future. (Just hopefully not soon, haha)

Mountain Highway Motors were phenomenal. We bought a 2014 Ford Focus. The car had some issues but the guys at MHM were quick to respond and fix any major issues. They were professional and friendly.
