Mountain Mitsubishi

I just picked up my new car from Mountain Mitsubishi and I couldn’t be happier. Timo and Keaton were professional, patient, and worked VERY hard to get me the best deal possible. They also gave me a very fair trade in allowance for my car. I purchased a 2023 Outlander PHEV GT-P and it looks brand new. Whoever detailed it did an excellent job. The quality and presentation of the vehicles at Mountain Mitsubishi are top tier, even when buying used. Thank you to Mountain Mitsubishi, and especially Timo and Keaton! If you are looking for a Mitsu then this is the dealership you want to do business with in the GTHA.

They can't do a simple thing. When changing the tires for the season, I requested that they use stick-on instead of clip-on weights. Of course they didn't. By the way: I had an appointment scheduled for 09am. The car stayed with them all day. Why make an appointment??? In the salon, all the models on display are terribly dirty. This dealer and repair shop should not exist This is a shame!!! They are a disgrace to an authorized service center... This is a disgrace to Japanese precision and quality... Never again with them!!!

Had an amazing experience getting my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Mo was very helpful and informative, as well as Keaton from financing was very friendly knowledgeable and helpful all staff were very nice and friendly. Also I was looking for the evo and they didn’t have one on the lot and were able to find one within my price range and had me in it within a week!! I would highly recommend getting your car here or even any service as they are worried more about your needs then making a quick buck!

I visited Mountain Mitsubishi at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. Tyler from the sales team was friendly, well informed and honest about helping me pick the right vehicle for me. Keaton managed the financing and was reasonable and helpful in finding any cost savings and beneficial add ons. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Outlander and upon pick up, nearing after hours, Tyler spent a great deal of time going over the vehicle with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. Drove the car home in a snow storm, and so far I am extremely happy with how the Outlander performs in typical Canadian weather. Overall a great experience, if I could give more stars than 5 I would. We had a 2019 RVR suffer engine failure after a service here. Our check engine light showed a code for cam position sensor, we took it in for warranty repair. They said it wasn’t the cam position sensor but the oil control valve… which was news to me as I scanned it myself before taking it in. When we got it back the light was off so we assumed they were correct. A while later it came back on, and within 24 hours before we could book our next service, we suffered a total failure on the road. After towing it back to Mountain they told us the bad news, suspected engine failure. 127,000 kms (still under warranty) and they refused to cover anything because we were slightly over kms on our last oil change. We got all but one of their recommended service packages ($$) and did most of oil changes there - the problem was we were beginning to notice it was two weeks or longer to get our appointments there and we were driving 500-800 kms waiting for our service appointments. Our average wait time for an oil change became over three hours. So we started taking it elsewhere for oil changes (with all receipts). This became another issue for us. Horrible accountability all around and very slow service. We always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This manufacturer is toast. DO NOT buy a Mitsubishi after 2017… in fact, do not buy any Mitsubishi without a 4G63 engine.
