I’d give Mountain View Motors 10 stars if I could! The owner, Travis, was awesome. We got a great car for a great price. From the test drive to the buying process there was no pressure. We were in and out in less than a hour. Travis figured out that he over estimated the taxes and wrote me a check for the difference on the spot. He also found an issue with the power steering and had it fixed, no charge, and then delivered the car to us afterwards. I would gladly buy another car from Travis in the future!

These guys were awesome and made buying a great used car a breeze! Even though we showed up late in the very cold and snowy day, they were happy to help us. After telling them what we were looking for and how much we could afford, we were given the keys to 3 cars to look at. They didn't hover or rush us at all as we checked them out. Finally, we landed on a very clean (inside and out) Acura and were given the keys to take a test drive. The car handled beautifully and, upon return, we were read a long list of things they'd done to the car such as an oil change, flush and fill the tramission? new tires, etc. Even though I'd forgotten my insurance card, and including the time it took me to retrieve it online, they had all of the paperwork done and we were out the door with me driving my awesome new-to-me car in record time! And then, to top it off, they chased me down and caught up with me at Walmart to give me my phone/wallet that I'd accidentally left in their office! Talk about going above and beyond! If you're looking for a used car, at a great price, with zero pressure or hassle, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

We recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership. The staff was kind, patient, and easy to work with throughout the buying process, which we genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience after leaving the lot has been very disappointing. Within a week, one of the vehicles became undriveable. After scanning it, we found 14 error codes, and it now requires extensive and costly repairs. The second vehicle also has multiple issues that will need attention. While we understand we could have done a more thorough inspection before purchasing, these are significant problems that likely should have been identified beforehand. It’s hard to believe they were missed entirely. Overall, the customer service was positive, but the condition of the vehicles raises serious/annoying concerns. We recommend that anyone considering purchasing here have an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle before finalizing the sale.

I bought a beautiful 2005 Cadillac Deville for a very fair price. They fixed the minor repairs for me before I got the vehicle with no problem. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

It feels I got the best deal of my life so far and I'm 43. Scott helped me get the car inspected before I bought it. Scott gave me 3 keys and when I got home I found out I had remote start. No take backs Scott. Lol thank you again
