Do not purchase the Gap insurance through MPP, it is a complete rip off. We purchased the Gap insurance and had a not at fault accident, MPP Gap decided they would only pay half of the remaining balance after insurance paid. Now we are left paying the remaining balance on a totaled vehicle. They claimed the vehicle had prior damage, when the vehicle was in perfect condition with no prior damage. The entire passenger side was damaged and the passenger side tire was broken and separated from the vehicle. Our insurance company said they have never heard of a gap insurance company not paying in full, if you chose MPP be prepared to pay for a totaled vehicle

I just want to give a huge thank you to MPP company and staff! My phone calls were always answered so quickly, and by lovely people!! I recently purchased a car and was told that It was mandatory to purchase a warranty plan. The car isn’t worth even 10k (I’m new to financing a car BTW) so I didn’t want a plan in the first place, I wasn’t even given the option to choose which plan either... I called my creditor if the information was true, and they confirmed that I did in fact not need a warranty- so I ended up requesting a refund from MPP company. Those of MPP have been so sweet to me, they gave me a refund within a couple of weeks! Super professional and I would recommend this company over and over again! If I ever get a newer car, something of more value one day, I will trust MPP and get a great protection plan from you guys! Y’all rock and thank you again for your professionalism!

Recently bought a new Nissan and it was due for its first service. I’ll be honest, I didn’t have high expectations as other dealer services have often disappointed me in their attention to detail and thorough completion of their work. Samantha at Texas Nissan of Grapevine was my service advisor and she was great. She set up my appointment when I called, met with me when I dropped the car off, clearly set my expectations on what they were going to do….and she then proceeded to meet or exceed all of those expectations. During part of my wait I was even greeted by other employees as they passed by and each one was friendly and genuine. My car was returned, services reviewed and each item was successfully completed. You can call me impressed with the service I received, so thank you Texas Nissan of Grapevine - keep up the good work!

This has been the 2nd time that I have researched horrible service from the same place for doing the same thing, 2 out of 3 times my cap was not placed back on and tightened on my coolant which caused my car to overheating extremely, I had to take my car to someone else to fix the problem, after the first incident I was told that my car would be detailed on my next maintenance schedule for the inconvenience, I still have not received that and when I asked on my 2nd oil change I was told they were too busy to do so I need to schedule it, so now I’m told I would need to leave work (22 min drive) between 2pm-4pm to have someone look at it and then come back to work before having a 35min drive home, my engine light is still on and now I’ve paid over $40 for coolant since this is the second time. I did record the video of my trunk being opened by the gentleman at O‘ Riley’s who said they didn’t put the cap all the way on and the coolants was empty.

The Van Chevrolet service team kicked ass! I’ve been working with Van Chevrolet for years now and from the sales department and the Daly Brothers to Dakota in the service department these guys know how to take care of their customers. If you value high-quality customer service and knowing you are among friends, then the next time you need a vehicle go to Van Chevrolet. Ask for Scott Daly or his handsome brother.
