The dealership receives polarized feedback, with satisfied customers praising knowledgeable staff and smooth purchase experiences, while dissatisfied customers report serious issues including selling vehicles with undisclosed mechanical problems, failed warranty service, and poor post-sale support. These contrasting experiences suggest inconsistent quality in both vehicle inspection practices and customer service follow-up.

great staff, everyone is very helpful. I haven’t had any issues getting in touch with anyone when needed. I purchase my first vehicle 3 weeks ago and everything was done very professionally and quick. 10/10 service, would highly recommend!!

Salesman was great, but the car was not ready to be sold. The battery was dead and when we took it for inspection, the tires were totally shot and a check engine light and a cracked wheel. The one tire was delaminated and unsafe to drive, and they sold me the car that way, telling me it was in great shape, needed nothing and was good to go. The check engine light required a $4,000 repair at a Mercedes dealership. The failure mode was the crank case vent valve Mercedes part numbers 270-090-07-00, 0029901303, 203-994-20-35. This part usually fails under gradual deterioration, and the check engine light came and went immediately after purchasing the car. I have every reason to believe that this crank case vent valve problem came up for the prior owner who traded it in rather than deal with an expensive repair and then the car was sold to us as-is. The thing is that I went to this dealer because they had a $3,000 car for sale. I had been talking to the salesman about that specific car for a couple days and told him I was driving from Central Pennsylvania to get it. When I arrived they had sold the car that morning even though I told the salesman I was coming out. (I told the salesman I was on the way AFTER the car was sold and he didn't give me a heads up that it was already sold) So despite my frustration, I decided once we got there... instead of a fixer upper, why not get my son a really nice car? And they sold me this CLA 250 Mercedes which was supposed to be all perfect and ready to go. Instead of hassle free driving, I had to put a battery in it, a brand new set of tires, get the wheel welded and replace the crankcase vent valve. So I dumped about $5,000 into this "ready to go" car right after the purchase. I've been in touch with the dealership multiple times and sent them receipts and they never did anything to help me out with it. There's something else wrong with the car where it's using copious amounts of fuel and getting horrible gas mileage. Seems like a leak or tuning issue. That hasn't even been figured out yet and I'm kinda done spending money on this money pit. The salesman that ended up selling us the Mercedes was great, a really nice guy, but sadly I would never do business here again. And I'd highly recommend that you do not purchase a used car here.

Im just as disappointed in Mt Ephraim as I am in Chrysler jeep. I submitted a warranty claim to corporate. Did all the red tape. Ready to bring my jeep in and the closest one with a body shop was Mt Ephraim. THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED for warranty work for paint. Come to find out through corporate, and I went there for almost a year and a half trying to get my paint warranty honored. The service manager NEVER submitted any work orders or photos, never called me for an appointment. Kept blowing me off. If you have the infamous bubbling paint due to bad primer dont waste your time here.

Ashton was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad I went with the dodge it so far has been a joy to have. Definitely with the built in charger. The push start makes it even better to hope in and go.

Today I purchases my first RAM 1500. Julz Sid an amazing job explaining everything about the truck to me and was patient during my purchase process. He was engaging, active, and supportive. Kham was very knowledgeable in helping me secure the final process in the purchase. Together they helped me leave with my new truck and excited about my purchase. They provide all the answers to my question with details. I’m very happy I came here, and did not return to other dealerships I visited. Thank you both.
