Andrew did a great job and didn’t pressure an immediate decision. Our family has bought many vehicles from the Muller group VW, Subaru and Honda. They are always willing to negotiate and are patient in the process. Their Service departments are also terrific.

David had the car perfectly ready when I arrived from the southside of Chicago. He knew the car inside and out it was a lovely, no pressure, ride with him. Paperwork went smoothly. There was really no dickering about Issues. Fair price, car in great condition. Really glad I bought this Teague one. It’s really smooth yet sporty. The sound system is amazing. Checked all the boxes. What I like best was that people were straightforward, listened, and responded. Smooth and enjoyable process. Good people.

UPDATE 03/26: After experiencing an issue with my vehicle, I brought it back to them, and the level of care they provided was top-tier. Since I was out of state at the time, communication was crucial. The team went above and beyond, explaining every detail clearly over the phone so I was never left in the dark. They took complete care of the vehicle and made sure my wife was fully looked after, which included providing a loaner car to keep her on the road while the repairs were handled. The management here is clearly hands-on. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience. If you want a dealership that actually stands behind their work and treats its customers well, this is the place. 12/2025 I had a wonderful experience at Muller Volkswagen.
