I had been looking for a new car for a few months. Google showed Murdock VW of Logan had the car I had been looking for so I reach out and spoke to Rick. He had the vehicle there to test drive the next day. Although it was not the one I purchased, he never made me feel bad for not buying that one. And he never made me feel pressured to buy. He worked with me even though I can be a little difficult at times. He made sure I was heard during the “negotiation” pice. Even was able to add a warranty and maintenance package too. Working with the team at VW was easy. I’m so happy with my new VW! It’s exactly what I wanted! Thanks again Rick!
