I bought a 2021 ZR2 2.8 diesel. From huber banister. But will always bring my truck for service or warranty to Murry GM. They have friendly staff, very good prices. And the best place to go for warranty work. I trust them 100% with my truck. And will never go anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience at the dealership last Monday when I brought in my vehicle for a transmission fluid flush, coolant flush, and wheel alignment. We were greeted by Greg right away and taken in promptly. David, the service manager, was very helpful — he checked on us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and kept us updated on the progress of the work. The customer service was top-notch! While waiting, we enjoyed complimentary coffee in the comfortable lounge. We were also approached by Case, a very friendly and pleasant salesman. After chatting with him and taking a walk through the dealership, we noticed on the employee wall that he was the Salesman of the Month — well deserved! What a great guy. Keep up the great work, Case! Overall, a wonderful experience with a professional and welcoming team. Highly recommend their service department!

Avoid service department Upsell and deception Brought my fleet truck in to have washer tank replaced come back and they have the brakes ripped apart, didnt even fix the washer tank which was a safety issue. they must just see dollar signs when a fleet truck comes in! Brought my personal truck in for transmission service which they previously quoted. Go to pay and its $100 higher, they added a multipoint inspection that i didnt ask for. $100 for a visual check on my brakes without taking the tires off? Ya i aint paying for that and i didnt. Have multiple other examples of them doing weird stuff. Done with this stealership

I had a wonderful experience buying my Terrain at Murray GM Penticton. Tyran, Nicholas and Landan were super nice, very knowledgeable, answered my many questions, and did not pressure me to decide. Negotiation of the purchase price was fair, and further information was provided about the features on various buttons and levers, and a warranty. Overall, the service was excellent and I highly recommend them.

We travelled from Saskatchewan to Penticton. However, we quickly had vehicle issues and visited Murray GMC in Penticton. We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff (Dave). We needed some warranty work done as the engine light was on. We also had cabin heat issues! Murray GMC provided a loaner vehicle and fixed our warranty issues (engine light on) and lack of heat issue by replacing our malfunctioning thermostat. Impressive service and friendly staff!! Murray GMC Penticton - I would give you 10 stars if I could! Best service we have ever had at any garage - and we are visitors from Saskatchewan!
