Provided us all the information we asked for . He wasn't pushing us to buy from him. He listened to what we wanted and to our concerns . And what budget me want to stay at. I was pretty nervous about financing a vehicle for the first time, especially with my experiences at other places, but Joshua and Nathan sure made everything a lot clearer and comforting. We came across Murray Chevrolet while doing some online research for a GM truck. The first thing we noticed was the aggressive pricing. That initiated a follow-up call from Kevin Gnandt. Right from the start we were amazed by how Kevin treated us and his attention to our needs and concerns. (we were also talking to a dealership in Edmonton at the same time...We quickly dismissed them because of their condescending treatment). Once Kevin skillfully answered all of our questions in a timely manner, we went to Murray Chevrolet the very next day to go see the truck in person, it was better tan advertised. From the time we arrived we were treated like no other dealership, in a good way ! They gave us a very reasonable trade in value for our Yukon and although their truck was very well priced, Manager Robert Prindle was able to "sharpen his pencil" to help close the deal. We worked with Nathan Koegler for all the paperwork, he made it a smooth, simple and comprehensive transaction. The truck was immaculate and ready! Kevin went above and beyond all our expectations.
