It was so refreshing dealing with a business, and people, who care about their job and the quality of the work/service they provide. I rarely trust anyone to touch my vehicle and the young man that dealt with my wiring issue and headlight replacement on 2024 Ram 3500 was exceptional. Respectful, knowledgeable, personable. All the paperwork was done remotely, Phil took care of everything for us. For that we are so grateful. What is amazing is that Phil drove the vehicle all the way to Edmonton and delivered it to our home. He even refilled the gas and gave us a full tank of gas, amazing. Jordan was great. He is quite soft-sell, which suits my personality. He is very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Jordan gets a 5. In general, Jordan, Jaz, and Sean were courteous and efficient. This would be 5 stars overall, but I found that the finance department was less than transparent when it came to the cost of a GPS tracker and a body protection package, both of which I declined. I hope I got a fair deal on the extended warranty, time will tell. I feel I paid top dollar for my 2024 Compass Trailhawk, and not an overly generous trade value, no negotiation room. I've only had the vehicle one day. It seems to suit my needs. Here's hoping the gas mileage is as good as promised by the manufacturer.
