My transmission failed shortly after it was just outside of warranty, which was incredibly stressful given the low mileage. Cherie and Tim (Warrenty team and Manager) strongly advocated on my behalf, and their persistence led to Hyundai Canada approving full coverage of the transmission replacement under goodwill warranty. I am very grateful for their support and professionalism throughout the process.

The staff at Murray Hyundai are exceptional. The service department employees in the front and in the bays are knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I have always been given complete information prior to work being done. There are never any surprises when it comes to cost. The work is completed in a timely manner and they stand behind the work. P.S. I take my non-Hyundai vehicle here too. They work on anything.

I cannot give a 10 star review so I’ll have to settle for 5. Unbelievably good. These employees treated me with a 10 star sales experience today. Specifically Kelvin, Matt and Irene. I’m extremely impressed with this dealership. No major pressure or gross tactics. Got me what I wanted, and were honest and pleasant to deal with the entire time. Seriously Hyundai these folks are great.

This is an update on my review below. While my purchase process was good the follow service has been lacking. Twice I tried to get an appointment for an oil change and they could not book one at anytime in a two week period. I sent a email to the gerneral manager asking about this two weeks ago and still have not received a reply. I get the impression they are only interested in selling the vehicle not servicing the customer.We purchased a new vehicle here and were very happy witthhe the service. The salesman salesman salesman salesman salesman salesman Kyle was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. The whole process was very pleasant, and everyone was helpful and understanding.

Sante fe is absolutely waste of money. Warranty so good cause they are littered with problems. - Drive off the lot and speed sensor goes off and service says its fine but comes on here and there -A/C never worked off the lot. They dont even have seals to fix it so multiple trips.. for a seal.. yay -Tire pressure sensors dont know what the hell they are doing - That wonderful smart cruise control is awful. Sales guy said i can turn it off but no. It's always on. My fault for believing what he said. Anything blocks the senor in the middle of the steering wheel is going to kick cruise control off and will ding at you saying to take a nap. So if you like driving with your hand on top of the steering wheel, just forget about it. Wishing I never got it
