After having my previous jeep for 10 years, I decided it was time to consider looking for a new one that was in better condition. I walked into Murray Jeep Ram and wasn’t sure exactly what I was going to do, but I had the pleasure of working with Nic who helped me every step of the way. He was able to answer all my questions, as well as make it easy to understand everything throughout the process. Within the visit, I was provided with options tailored to what I was looking for and ended up leasing a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with Murray Jeep Ram, Nic was very friendly, with an easy going personality that allowed me to feel comfortable without having much previous knowledge. As well as, Jordan, who helped make the financial aspect of everything less daunting. Can’t thank you guys enough, will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely terrible service. Bought my truck 2 months ago. Within a couple weeks of owning it the truck started pulling. I was going through sales for this issue, as it was under warranty. The salesman Lawrence who sold me the truck was very unprofessional. Lacked trust in him as soon as I purchased the truck and signed papers. He failed to relay information about this issue to anyone involved. Told me the delivery date was Friday December 26th 2025, when I called to verify the delivery Friday morning, he hadn’t even been approved. He failed to share my information with the service advisors, so my truck sat there ready for me to pick up the entire time because Lawrence failed to communicate. While they had my truck for the week I was without a vehicle, we asked Lawrence if there were any loaner vehicles as we were down to one household vehicle. Lawrence said that there was no ETA on my truck diagnosis. There were no rentals available at the time so sales covered a rental. As I was getting things ready for this rental and leaving work early, (because Lawrence said I had to be there before 5 pm) not even 5 minutes later after he tells me the rentals ready I get a call saying my trucks ready to pick up. Yet again, a lack of communication, and again Lawrence had dropped the ball. The second visit I was told that they couldn’t find the issue and that they reprogrammed my steering rack in hope it would fix it with zero confidence in that statement. After 3 visits and countless calls back and forth for this issue, the part was replaced shortly after, under warranty covered by sales, which was appreciated. However, after this part was replaced, I contacted the service department multiple times as there is still on going issues, all times I was told I would receive a call back, and did not. So yet again, here I am waiting for another call back, with no one reaching out. All in all, the communication at this shop is horrible. As the customer, there were multiple times that I had to be the middle man and communicate for them as most of the time no one seemed to have the same answers about my vehicle or know what was going on. I’ve had to call and check in multiple times because they fail to update me. I called today to ask for an update after being ghosted for a week with no call back. The service advisor who took my call was rude and hung up on me. I’ve been very patient with them as I understand things take time and can be very complicated, as I work on cars myself. As I’m writing this, I am still waiting on a call back from management after being told today that I’d be contacted this afternoon to try and resolve the issue. If I could go back I wouldn’t have bought a vehicle from there. Worst experience, an honestly, could not recommend taking your money elsewhere more. That is unless you want to babysit them the entire time your vehicles in their hands. Do not purchase your vehicle here and do not bring it in for service.
