Murray Kia Abbotsford

I am not one to write poor reviews as I feel it is better to speak directly to the party to avoid this but alas here we are... Unfortunately one of the worst experiences at a dealership yet! Tarun was very nice and helpful but unfortunately his managers Chris and Head Manager Travis were MIA. The car was promised to me they even brought out the sold sign after we had agreed to a price after 3 price changes 2 not in my favour. The finance person contacted me to tell me the price was higher due to gov't fees and taxes to which I responded we have already agreed to a price all in. They stated they were losing money at that price to which I asked to speak to Chris the sales manager. He never bothered to give me a call back and promptly 'sold' the car out from under me. When I contacted Travis his manager he mentioned he would need to find out the details and call me back. It's been a week now I guess no call back. The car appeared back for sale the following day, a coincidence? I think not. This is why car salespersons get a bad reputation due to horrible sales ethics not following through with their promises. I will never step foot or recommend anyone to deal with dealership. There motto on Facebook is "Murray Kia Abbotsford our reputation is your guarantee! Allow us to demonstrate our commitment to excellence!" Well thank you for showing me your level of non-excellence!

Wonderful experience buy our Kia Sorento. Tarun was very helpful, promt to answer any questions we had. Travis, the sales manager was all the time available if we needed anything. Alisha in finance, so helpful and patient. Although they are under construction, the costumer service is impeccable. I am excited to see the "new building".

After visiting almost every Kia dealership from North Vancouver to Richmond, the experience at Murray Kia Abbotsford was by far the best. I was exhausted from dealing with so many sales teams, but the moment I arrived here, everything changed. Jeff was the person who helped me, and he went above and beyond the entire time. He was kind, patient, honest, and incredibly accommodating with the price. He didn’t pressure me or rush me — he truly listened and worked with me, which made the whole process so much easier. The rest of the team was just as amazing, the finance department (Alysha was fantastic!), and even the person who helped change my license plate — everyone was genuinely friendly and professional. In the end, I bought my 2026 Kia Seltos LX AWD here, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I would highly recommend Murray Kia Abbotsford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
