Prior to visiting the dealership, communication was not great. But upon visiting the dealership, all of the staff members were great. Everyone was very friendly, they didn’t try to force any particular vehicle upon me or make me feel overwhelmed. They let your test drive by yourself, which is so nice because you don’t have the pressure of the salesman judging your driving or trying to sweet talk you into the vehicle. I wasn’t sure that a deal would happen but long story short, I came home with my Terrain as pictured. Thank you Sammey, thank you Mike, thank you Nate. You guys were awesome.

Edgar and Mike were so great and accommodating through the car buying process of our 2025 Honda CRV! Right when we pulled up Edgar had the car pulled up in garage we were interested in. Edgar answered all of our questions thoroughly and gave lots of advice, that was much appreciated. Overall, we were able to get a great deal on our car and it was an awesome experience.

Bought my first new truck from Troutman at age 40, two years ago. I've been bringing it back in for routine maintenance when it was due. This is the first time with My Car Chevrolet. I will continue to come back. The technician foreman was courteous and friendly and informed me that they retained the same service technicians. Five stars for good service!
