MY Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM

Jose and Ken were great to work with. We had some specific things we needed on our Ram 1500, and Ken was able to hunt down what we needed. Jose was great guiding us through the sale and helping get some of the basic setups in the truck when it arrived. Very happy with the level of service and expertise offered at the dealership.

i want to start by saying my salesman junior was amazing , the whole team was actually! I had bought a car about a month ago and i had junior as my salesman. he introduced himself very politely and respectfully. he helped me get a car i was looking for. he explained everything to me and gave me all the details. i had my daughter with me which she’s a year old so after waiting for approval she got very fussy and the team helped me with her by offering her stuff without me asking so they were all very helpful and sweet. junior helped me get the car even though i thought i wasn’t gonna get it but he did it ! i had a great experience, no issues and they were straight forward and honest !

Really bad experience took my car for a check up everything waz good sound it good they call me hours later telling me the car waz ok nothing wrong with it that they were not guna charged me I waz ok awesome them I got there I turn on my car it waz making a loud sound that I never heard before an the voltage that I wanted to check waz worse than wen I took it and told me in my face the car waz like that wen I took it I know theres cameras in there now I have to pay more than 1000 cuz that dealer damaged my vehicle and did want to be responsible for the damage juz be careful check your car before you go cuz they like to lie people you can hear the damage they did no bueno

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I’m a business owner. I had previously dedicated myself to purchasing Dodge/Ram/ Jeep products for our company and accumulated a fleet of roughly 20 D/R/J vehicles. We currently only have 9 remaining in our fleet after dealing with issue after issue. The remaining 9 all have problems we are being forced to deal with as well. Having owned a lot of vehicles over the years, I know not to set my expectations very high when working with the dealership service departments but Salinas takes it to a new, low level. They seem to have zero appreciation for the dedication to brand and are simply hell bent on squeezing every penny out of every customer without empathy or consideration for customer service. If you own a D/R/J product, take your vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. If you don’t, I would encourage you to consider another brand of vehicle. A short list of issues we have faced… Every single Ram 1500 pick up truck we have purchased has required a new radiator, new engine mounts for what is commonly referred to as the “Hemi tick” and burns through batteries faster than any car I have ever owned. We also purchased a number of Jeep Cherokees for our administrative staff. Every single one of them had the exact same engine problem which caused the vehicle to shut down while driving. We have not owned a single D/R/J product that did not have serious problems. Our recent service experience with this dealership has put the nail in the coffin. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.

Purchased a used ram and a couple weeks later it had two minor issues. They fixed it under warranty and were very easy to work with!
