Myers Barrhaven Hyundai

I am being honest when I say I am torn in my star selection. I have purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership and both of my purchase experiences have been amazing and very positive. Great sales staff, and Samer in finance. However, dealing with the Service Department team, I am somewhat less enthusiastic. I purchased the Demo -a 2025 Hyundai Kona end of July 2025. With that I purchased the Winter Tire package as well. I live over 1.5hrs away, and on Feb 12- while driving the 401 on a clear, dry highway, my front drivers side tire blew out. I had the roadside take the car to the Kingston dealership under my salesman's advice, Puncham (apparently he no longer works at this dealership according to Jordan). I called the Myers service the following morning and spoke with Cora first, who then passed me on to Jordan the Service Department Assistant. He advised me that there was nothing they could, or were willing to do to assist in the cost of a new tire, instead of reimbursing the cost of the new tire $240.00, he said he could credit me the cost of a new tire at $125.00 towards my next service at their location. The tires were on for barely 3 months. The fact that I am a return customer means nothing to them, and $125.00 is more important to them then the loyalty of a customer. I also emailed the GM and was pretty much told that I must have hit something on the road, which was not the case. I can confidently say that I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.
