Actually had an excellent driving test with them for an off-brand luxury vehicle. The car was amazing, but perhaps slightly too small for my husband's seated height. In the end, I bought a larger vehicle, which was miraculously in-stock elsewhere, so I was able to buy that vehicle immediately as well. I think if that 2nd vehicle hadn't come up locally for me to test drive, I would definitely have bought the in-stock, almost new used vehicle from their lot. Don M was amazing to work with. Very patient and very non-salesy. Felt absolutely no pressure to come in for a test drive and to make a decision on a vehicle purchase - especially after I had given him my timelines for expected purchase. Overall, a very positive experience from this dealership. I am a little disappointed that the sale here didn't go through, but we got a vehicle that was more perfect for us AND also available immediately while being new. Thanks. One of my most memorable test drive/sales experiences at a dealership in my life (I've been to dozens in my lifetime of buying cars; this is my 6th car).

Just picked up our new lease from Myers this week. Start to finish just a smooth transaction. Dave Kippen was always available for communication, showed us different options that suited our needs, and answered any questions we had. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased a 3-year-old cargo van from Myers Cadillac and unfortunately the experience was very frustrating from start to finish. When I first came to view and test drive the van, the only key had been taken by another salesperson, so I had to return another day. During the financing process, the van was accidentally sold over the weekend, and I only found out after noticing it relisted online and calling myself. Communication throughout the process was very poor. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and I frequently had to follow up myself after being told I would receive callbacks. After test driving the van, I identified several issues that I was assured would be repaired before pickup. After waiting over two weeks, only one of the issues had been addressed. I brought the van back again, was given a loaner vehicle, and after another week was told they had “tried their best,” but some of the concerns still remained unresolved. I understand that issues can happen with used vehicles, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication, organization, and follow-through throughout the process. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Absolutely amazing team! After having a lot of bad experiences buying a vehicle, Don and Jason made this an outstanding one. Jason was down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Don took time out of his day to make my special needs child happy and included in the process. He allowed my child to sit in his Fav car, and even sent pictures of new cars as they came in. Including my child was the cherry on top of the cake. These gentleman are exceptional and I highly recommend them!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you again!!!!
