I previously gave this dealer a 5 star review back in November but feel the need to provide an update on our experience. We had great customer service the day we purchased the vehicle. As part of the purchase, it was agreed that we would get a 2nd key fob (they only gave us one key) a floor mat replacement to one that was missing, and a service check/update for the check engine light that came on when we pullout of the lot on day one. It has been 4 months and no key fob, no floor mat, no update on what service was provided to our Audi. They had us bring the vehicle back and claimed they were going to get it serviced and would give us another key fob. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was returned after they had someone that wanted to purchase the loaner vehicle they provided us. Still no key fob, floor mat, or update on what service was done to our vehicle...Proceed with caution on purchasing a used car from them. Unfortunately we no longer recommend them.

Exceptional service and friendly staff. Alex, our salesman was outstanding and ensured all our concerns and needs were met with satisfaction. Buying a vehicle from Alex at Myers Chrysler dodge jeep was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Adding another vehicle to my fleet was never so memorable.
