I bought Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Myers Kanata few days ago. Very happy with my experience, so decided to give them 5*review. I have been looking for a car for few months and considering all options, brands, used/new etc. Spoke few time with Johnny Telo and really liked how he explained all pros and cons and compared all the options I had. He also was kind enough to meet separately with my wife and reviewed her concerns. No push, upsell, just pure professionalism. I felt like a good fried helping me with my needs. Highly recommend this guy and overall I found that the teams there are good (I sold them my old car as well and serviced it there). I can highly recommend Johnny and will definitely would buy again.

Throughout the process, I was provided with clear explanations regarding pricing and features, and I never felt pressured or rushed. Riya was very approachable and easy to interact with. After deciding to proceed, the Financial Service Manager, Alex, thoroughly explained the purchase details, warranty options, and financing, maintaining a professional and pressure-free environment. The vehicle pickup on January 26, 2026, was seamless. Paperwork was already for me to sign off as soon as I arrived and Caden made sure my car was clean from the snow and was running with the heated seats and steering all warmed for me. Before departure, Caden also provided me with a brief overview of key features. These are the reasons I would highly recommend Myers Kanata Hyundai to friends and family.
