Myers Orléans Chevrolet Buick GMC

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased at Myers. We live an hour away, and it is always worth the trip because of the outstanding service we receive. I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Greg MacGillivray provided outstanding service, I was very specific about the colour and accessories I wanted, and he made it happen by finding the exact vehicle I was looking for (with a few extras). His communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. A special shoutout as well to Vladimir, who made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience!

What excellent service! My son received his new Trax today, and the service from his first online contact with Sales Consultant Bill Ralph to pickup today was outstanding. Bill, Matt Janna, Alyssa Morris, and John Moulton were all friendly, always courteous, very respectful and attentive to our requests, and patient as well. Bill and Matt quickly located a Trax with exactly the colour and trim level my son wanted and explained various options to him with no upsell pressure. All our questions were answered quickly and satisfactorily. It was easy to complete the deal and the Trax was ready within 2 days for pickup. I believe the service after the sale in years to come will be just as stellar as that given by this great sales team. A terrific dealership to do business with, and excellent people serving its customers. We'll buy again at Myers Orléans, and we highly recommend this business and its team.

I purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 from a different dealership. I had nothing but problems with it from day one. Long story short I went to Myers Orleans and they bent over backwards to help me and I purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer. Anytime I am in for service the staff are polite and welcoming to everyone regardless of how "upset" the client may be. In particular I have noted that the Service Manager Matt Rossi is engaged with the clients and his staff. I have seen Matt taking in cars as a service advisor to help out the team, meeting with clients in the waiting room and actually taking time to talk and explain things or allow them to express concerns, arranging rides for clients and being present in all things "service". It seems these days that customer service in so many businesses is a thing of the past but at least I know I'll be treated well at Myers Orleans.
