⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Myrtle Beach Automotive. They repaired the valve body on my Mercedes and did an excellent job. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The repair was completed in a timely manner and my car is running perfectly now. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable mechanics, but this shop definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality automotive work.

The actual engine repair seems to have been done correctly after a delay in a broken clip for one of the fuel injectors( which the service advisor said it was not broken due to the repair even though the fuel injectors had to be removed for this repair). My vehicle is a 2024 GLC300 with 56k miles. Mercedes Corp would not help with any goodwill because the vehicle had not been serviced at a Mercedes Dealership. I used to own a service shop for almost 30yrs and serviced it myself using Mercedes filters. This dealership offered 10% off and after I paid for the repair I found they raised the prices over retail/list exactly 10% to cover the discount! This is my second vehicle bought for this dealership and hoped I would receive a little loyalty help but that wasn’t the case. I’m aware the vehicle was outside the warranty mileage by 6k miles just didn’t expect to have a major engine repair for a supposedly quality vehicle. Bad this is Mercedes knew this was an issue but still didn’t”t offer any help.

He followed up a few times between our purchase and when we picked up the vehicle, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated his commitment to ensuring we were completely satisfied.
