5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to Jeep Chrysler of Myrtle Beach after spending over a week car shopping, and I’m so glad I did! Edward was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, he was kind, understanding, easy to talk to, and never pushy..which I really appreciated after such a long week of car shopping. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the vehicles themselves but about Jeep’s history. He even took the time to explain the meaning behind Jeep’s iconic 7-slot grille. Knowledge is power! At the end of the process, I met with Tyson, who was equally fantastic. He explained every package and warranty option in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). I ended up purchasing the tire and rim protection package, which I highly recommend. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle. From start to finish what a great experience. Stephanie Freyer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and got us in right away, after searching for quite awhile, it was nice to be heard on what we wanted. Ken Hazlett, was a phenomenal sales person. He went over every detail and made it enjoyable, instead of stressful. Which was refreshing as this experience can be overwhelming. Thank you so much for your time, and for also going above and beyond. He even took the time to help us set up all the amazing features this car has. Steve Delaney, who handled all the paperwork and financials was also such a pleasure. From start to finish we felt welcomed, we were listened too and they gave us a deal we couldn’t say no too.
