Summer was by far the kindest most caring Client Advisor I have ever purchased a car from. Knowledgeable about her vehicles and worked with me in a Super Professional manner. Alex is the Finance Manager who again was by far the best I have ever dealt with. He took the time to learn about my car usage and recommended the best warranty packages at the fairest prices! Excellent experience at Nalley BMW in Decatur, GA. I arranged my entire purchase over the phone before flying from Puerto Rico to Atlanta to pick up the car and drive it back to Jacksonville, FL.
