We had some concerns with our purchase, returned and talked with Lucas and left a little while later totally happy with our new Honda Pilot! On Mar 2nd we were driving northbound on I-95 heading to Florence SC in our 2017 Honda Pilot when all our warning lights came on at the same time and the vehicle slowed from 70 to 40mph. Luckily I was able to get up the exit ramp at Exit 22 and safely off on the shoulder. AAA towed us to Nalley Honda. We were introduced to Garrett Phillips, we explained the problem, and she told us it would be diagnosed that afternoon. They found that the camshaft had too much end play and hit the cmp sensor. After agreeing to the repair we were told that ordering the parts and doing the work would take until Friday or possibly Monday. We booked a room at a local hotel and were driven there by another employee, Trevor Gates. The next day I called and asked if someone could get my CPAP machine out of our vehicle and Trevor delivered it to the hotel. We are both in our late 70's and are so happy we wound up at Nalley because of the professionalism and empathy of your employees. And our vehicle was ready for us on Friday the 6th! Great service all around. Thank you.

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how great my experience was. One of your technicians, Jessie Meunier, did a phenomenal job working on my car. He is extremely talented, professional, and knowledgeable. I brought my car in because I heard something wrong with the engine, and Jessie diagnosed the issue immediately. He clearly explained all the problems and provided very detailed documentation, which I truly appreciated. Now my car runs much better and smoother than before. Garrett was fantastic in the service department. She listened to my issues and coordinated a shuttle for me and my children out to Jekyll. Amp was able to fix my car and it was all covered under a recall! My car was in the shop all day and it didn’t cost anything. I would highly recommend this Honda service department. They made my day as easy as possible and I’m very happy with today’s outcome.
