On Tuesday March 24, my wife (Cindy) and I purchased a beautiful new 2026 Buick Envision Avenir! I bought a Buick Enclave from Kyle on December 30th. The process began earlier in December. Since I live in the Milwaukee area and Napleton is around 50 miles away, all of our communication was done by email until the day before I was going to pick the car up when Kyle and I spoke on the phone to confirm details. I knew what I'd be paying for the car before I walked in the door that day and just about all of the paperwork was ready to go when I got there. I met Alex, the General Sales Manager, while Kyle was transferring my plates to the new car and confirming things with my trade and then started the paperwork with Jacob in finance which was a quick and smooth process. A big chunk of time was spent with Jamie who sat in the car with me and walked me through just about everything I'm going to need to know about my new car. Overall great experience.
