My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of unacceptable. I brought in my brand-new car for its very first oil change, and they damaged it while it was in their care. What should have been a routine service turned into a 2-month hassle. How a vehicle with rear automatic emergency brakes and rear parking sensors is damaged in this manner is an absolute mystery. The dealership made multiple failed attempts—over three—to repair the damage they caused, each time returning the car still not properly fixed. Their lack of competence was matched only by their lack of communication. I repeatedly had to chase them down for updates, and even then I was given vague, incomplete information. Aside from providing a rental car, the dealership offered no meaningful explanation, support and no real sense of urgency to correct their mistakes. The burden of their errors fell entirely on me for the more than two months to correct and for the devaluation of my damaged new car. This level of negligence, lack of accountability, poor workmanship and disregard for the impact of their actions is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this dealership.

​I am beyond outraged by the unprofessionalism and gross negligence of this service center. Two days ago, I came in for a routine oil change on my 2026 Hyundai Palisade. The service took an unreasonable 3.5 hours, but that was only the beginning of the nightmare. ​This morning, I discovered a large puddle of engine oil under my car. Upon checking the dipstick, I found it completely dry — there was NO oil left in the engine. It turns out the technician failed to properly tighten the oil filter, causing all the oil to leak out while driving. To make matters worse, no warning lights appeared on the dashboard until it was too late. ​I have no idea how much internal damage has been done to my brand-new engine due to running bone dry. Since the staff here is clearly incompetent, I am taking my vehicle to an independent certified specialist to assess the engine damage. I will be holding this shop fully liable for any necessary repairs or engine replacement.

Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. All service on my car was performed to a high standard. Labor costs were on par with part costs, which makes the overall bill one of the most reasonable I've encountered. The customer is treated exceptionally well here.

The entire experience was great. Our Salesperson, Yancy was very knowledgeable, respectful and personable. He worked hard to educate us about our purchase and to get us a deal we were comfortable with. The store was bright, clean, and had a good selection of floor models. Highly recommend.

I came in for a service related concern. I must say this team is truly professional and friendly. First, let's start with service advisor Sandra. Not only was she accommodating and helpful in my situation, but she also kept me informed on the progress. The car got back to me quickly. Secondly, the rest of the service team were also wonderful, ensuring that I was taken care of, and checking on me consistently.
