Napleton Ford Columbus

Terrible experience!!! Dealer didn't even know what fiance deals ford was offering until I corrected them " they did apologize". I gave them another chance and found a truck I liked but unfortunately they failed again. I was told they would hold this vehicle for me until I got done with work but 30 minutes before our appointment they called and said they sold the vehicle and on top of that they also said they listed the price wrong online. Do better !!!!!!

Edit: they followed up and where very nice about the whole thing, updated review to 4 stars! The day after I bought the website had the vehicle listed for $2k less, increasing the everybody discount (not an additional manufacturer rebate). Maybe I should have pushed more during the sales process. I sent a text asking about the much lower price and wanted to have a convo about it but no one responded to me at all! Otherwise they were pretty nice, not sure if I'll do my service there after getting ghosted.

All seemed good until I got home and noticed the drivers side door on the inside. The door was quite dirty and it was not when I left the vehicle to get the oil change. I get that the vehicle can get some dust and dirty spots on it during the service job, but it should be inspected for that and wiped down.

Erin at Napleton Ford in Columbus is an amazing balance of professionalism and kindness. She validated my concerns and followed through with all appropriate measures. She was responsive to all of my questions and very knowledgeable in the automobile world. She is very efficient and knows her position extremely well. She was respectful and supportive of her co-workers. The technicians were also very knowledgeable and I have confidence in them as well. I’m not sure if Napleton Ford knows the extent of the gem they have working in the service department, but they should. Thank you Erin, technicians and staff at Napleton!
