Superior Performers!!! - Robert Harris (Sales Manager) - Lemondrea Williams (Senior Salesman) - Charles Ligon (Finance) I cannot express how pleased we are with Napleton Hyundai/Genesis of Hazelwood's purchasing, finance, and sales representatives! From the start, Lemondrea Williams' professionalism and helpful nature kicked in and provided a seamless purchase experience. He picked our family up at the local airport and transported us to the dealership where we finished the necessary paperwork before quickly hitting the road in our new Hyundai! After decades of buying new cars, I've never encountered such a clean dealership of dedicated professionals with the customer in mind throughout. Charles in Finance Dept helped us to negotiate the financing details with no pressure - normally unheard of in the new car buying environment. The sales manager, Robert Harris, was instrumental in negotiating a fair deal and exhibited great integrity from the first call until driving home. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to purchase from them in the future!

Bought a new Hyundai from Heather and the whole experience was awesome! I have bought maybe twenty new vehicles through the years and this is the only one that was painless! Thank you to Heather and the whole team. Heather is very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks again.

Edit to this review. I have since been in contact with the manager at Napleton. He is going to make this right and refund my $375. I have always been happy with everyone I came into contact with at this dealership. Even though I didnt get tge answer I was wanting, everyone was nice. I can finally enjoy my new Kona, knowing that this matter will be resolved. I would now recommend Napleton Hyundai!! I was charged $375 for luggage racks that I specifically told my salesperson I did NOT want. Many trips to the dealership, and emails to corporate and Napleton. They are still refusing to refund my money. Next course of action is small claims court.

We bought our vehicle here - from Jesse- he was absolutely amazing to work with! Extremely knowledgeable and when he didn’t know something he said ‘let me check’ instead of the usual salesman lies you hear. Absolutely ask for Jesse! *We did have an issue with their finance team not doing our paperwork correctly but the GM got involved and sorted it out best they could.

Andrew was great to work with! He made my experience as easy and stress-free as I could’ve possibly hoped for! The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I will definitely be giving him a call!
