Very happy with my purchase of a new Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Napelton in Glenview! Pete & Marty were great to deal with and very helpful in my decision. From my original inquiry online which received a quick email response followed up by a phone call, we were able to pretty much conduct the deal verbally before I even saw the car. I had checked with a couple other Lincoln dealers and was not happy that they had my best interests in mind. I traveled from Palos Height an hour to this dealership and I'm glad I did. I can highly recommend them!

Worst place to service your Lincoln. I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for all of its maintenance and service, but every visit seems to come with new unexpected charges. For example, I usually pay around $100 for an oil change, but this time they added extra fees for “shop supplies” and “hazardous materials” without any clear explanation. It feels like there’s always an additional charge being added to the bill. As a loyal customer, I expected more transparency and consistency in pricing. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return. I would not recommend this service department to others.

Since buying my vehicle here several years ago, I have been coming back for all my maintenance - tires, brakes and everything in between. Somehow they have consistently managed to do everything right every single time. The service is reliable , professional and easy, and I really appreciate how well they have taken care of me over the years. Highly recommend.

I’ve known Peter for 25 years .He is an excellent salesman and I enjoy working with him.I have bought several Lincoln’s from him. .Ive known his sales manager Ira for many years also. He is great to work with and been a big help over the years. He is extremely efficient.With the people they have now -Their sales department very friendly and very well run.
