I recently purchased my new Lincoln Aviator from Napoleon Lincoln. Jessie was our salesperson and made the whole process a delight. Paper work was easy and fast. We had a wonderful conversation. I think anyone looking for a Lincoln would be very happy with the service provided. Thank you. Buying a car is stressful. I never felt pressured into buying or paying for something. I really enjoyed the process.
While the salesman, Giovanni, was pleasant and professional I’d think twice about buying a used car here. This is a Lincoln dealer and therefore has access to Ford parts. First they tried to sell the car with a cracked windshield. That was replaced before going any further. After everything was signed I was given 1 complete set of remote with emergency key and 1 generic remote with no key. The vehicle display indicates there are 3 remotes outstanding. Yes, it’s my fault for not verifying the keys before I signed the dotted line. The last used car I bought was 50 yrs ago. In the future I’ll stay with new but not from here. Thanks to this issue I bought a Ford ESP elsewhere and am having the key cylinder replaced and buying 2 new Ford remotes with emergency keys elsewhere.
Nick was very professional ,knowledgeable and a great listener to my personal issues that had anything to do with the sell and never lost site of the task at hand. Napleton should be great to have someone so astute and well spoken on its team. Thanks Nick...
I bought my BMW and Jessie helped me out with everything and was excellent. I took the car home and had a issue with a leak and Dan from Pre owned department took care of me. Got ym car back to thr dealership and they fixed it. I was skeptical about it and ive had my car for 6 months now and my car is still running solid with no issues. We just bought our first Lincoln Nick was our salesman and he did such an amazing job never was pushy let us take our time and work with us. Chris the Gm could not of been any nicer to my husband and I down to the finance guy. This made the whole process very easy . What an absolutely fabulous team this dealership has.
