Huge shout out to Ozzy for helping my mom get a brand new 2025 Hyundai Elantra. She had just hit a deer on the way to vacation and totaled her old car, and Ozzy was able to get her right back on the road and she only had to miss 2 days of vacation! He was great to deal with and thanks to him my mom still gets the vacation she deserves!
Sales people are not confident at all. We had to beg for assistance. The place is awful and needs attention. The chairs need replaced, tables in rough shape. The only reason the place stays open is due to lack of dealerships in the area for these brands. Save yourself the aggravation and go rose where.
Recently, I worked with a salesman name Brice. He was very patient and answered all of my questions! I test drove several vehicles and was not intrigued by any of them, Brice didn’t give up! The other staff (sales to financing)were awesome as well…they were very thorough and informative while explaining things to me! They didn’t rush through any of the information made sure I understood and even reached out days later to see how things were going. This is the second vehicle I purchased with Napleton! Thank you Brice for your help! I appreciate it and I’m glad that I made this purchase !!
