Great service on my audi fixing a screwup from an oil change performed at a different place great price exceptional knowledge car is running great now!!!

Customer service here SUCKS!!!! I’ve called 3 days straight to see if my battery is still under warranty & what i got told everyday was “They where busy with other clients would i like a call back” well why yes i would. Never got a call back!!!!! I even left a voicemail with the person who was supposed to call me back!!!! they still never called back!!!! So i spend $20+ in a uber to go see if they are as busy as they say and guess what. THEY ARE DOING NOTHING!!!! THEY ARE WITH NO CUSTOMERS!!!! Just pure lazy !!!! I would not recommend this location. Any one not of color is taken care of.

Very professional dealership and more willing to work with their customers than any other dealership I have ever been too. Bought a G550 and AMG GT 63S from Tim and Brian. They were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend visiting them. Also traded in my CLA45 AMG for a very reasonable price to both parties.

I'd be very leary of their service department. I paid over 500 dollars for what amounts to a basic oil change and inspection on my Mercedes. The service personnel that worked on my vehicle either did not perform any inspection or doesn't have the knowledge to inspect the vehicle. Grease monkey or jiffy lube would be a better option. They aren't providing the customer the services that they are paying for.

hello there to everybody’s I was there today with my car spending almost $3500 and they charge me $95 for surcharge did not tell me that before and I was not very happy with that. I just wanna share this experience for the future of people who’s gonna go there make sure if it’s to talk to them for the card issues they’ll charge you percentage if his debit I do not know but they do not charge anything for the check just for information was sad story I had to go two times there because I did not carry checks with me only credit card. It is what it is never again.
