Napleton's North Palm Hyundai

I went here because I was referred by the Costco Auto program. It is a long drive from my house, and I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still in stock. After being assured that it was, I arrived only to be told that the car was not coming until the next day. Very disappointing. They also denied that the car was in the Costco program, even though Costco said that it was. Another disappointment. The salesman, Allan, was very nice and patient, but I feel like I was tricked into going there. I could have had the same results a lot closer to home. Update: The general manager reached out to me to try to make me happy, and he did. He found the car and model that I was looking for and he honored the Costco price. I closed on the car today and other than my initial disappointment, this was an easy and satisfactory transaction. I would recommend this dealership and also my salesperson, Allan, who was great. Revised from 3 to 5 stars.

We showed up at north Palm Hyundai and Craig Vitti came out to help us! He was very informational and helpful! He was not at all pushy and gave us time to look, test drive, and talk alone about what we wanted to do! He had to look for a different color car in the surrounding community and he located it and brought it in! The whole team was very nice accommodating and not pushy. We had a long day there but it was a comfortable place to do business and we appreciated all the time they gave us! They gave us a great price for our trade in and tried very hard to get the price to what we felt comfortable with! John was the boss that helped Craig make it happen and he was very helpful and nice too. The finance man was very helpful and got the job done so we could drive away with our new car! The Santa Fe hybrid limited is just what I needed in every way! Thank you Craig for a great day and for all your help along with the whole team! We would definitely recommend this dealership and would go there again!

I just traded in my Hyundai Elantra 2013 to a new model 2023 yr that I fall in love with. The saleswoman (a beautiful young lady name Charley) was very professional, she listened to all my concerns and made sure to find the perfect car for me, as well as was even willing to work on her day off Sunday to accommodate all my needs do to my crazy busy working daily schedule. Mr. Lorenzo Di Meco was very organized with the paperwork, answered all my questions as needed, very friendly and professional. I found Great Team! Overall great experience from start to finish. Allan was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable. With his help he got the GSM Rance and GM Lior involved to find the perfect SUV that would work in my budget. After that AJ did my final paperwork and got me a great rate from the bank and was very thorough and transparent about warranties. Definitely will be going back and highly recommend. Best car buying experience I’ve had.

Jimmy Consolino made my new car purchase a pleasant experience. He was very helpful without high pressure sales, He is very knowledgeable about all the cars so we were able to quickly select the model best suited for me. During the test drive he thoroughly explained all the features of the Hyundai Kona. Negotiations were fast and fair. When my new car was ready, Jimmy reviewed the features once again to further familiarize me with it before I drove away. The purchase paperwork was clearly explained and was a quick process. I’m very happy with my new vehicle, salesman Jimmy, finance manager Lorenz and Napleton!
