Great experience! I bought my first car 2023 outback with David Fitzmaurice in October and unfortunately it was totalled but with the great customer service and experience and most importantly trust I went straight back to this dealership and David right after the accident knowing he would help! I have bought my 2nd car a 2026 outback here now with another great experience and comfort! Outstanding Customer Service! Keyyondre (KG) from the Parts Department went above and beyond while assisting me in finding an engine valve gasket for my 2017 Subaru Outback. After I initially purchased the wrong part, he took the time to guide me to the correct one. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, courteous, and highly professional. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my experience.

Such an awesome experience purchasing a vehicle here! David F. was very personable and down to earth. Explained what was available and wasn’t pushy. The gentleman helping us complete the paperwork gave us a work around as we forgot our checkbook so we wouldn’t have to drive back as we live 2hrs away. Recommend these guys!!! friendly, knowledgeable and great customer service!!! Very much worth the trip, which we are very thankful we only had to do once.

Our Sales David was absolutely amazing & professional, he was a man of his word, and got me the deal that a manager promised a few days earlier, but was on vacation and the deal was changed, David knew I wasn’t going to buy the Absolutely beautiful 2026 Forester if the deal I was offered wasn’t going to be honored. He absolutely got the deal back and he earned mine & my husband’s respect. David was friendly and knowledgeable and professional. Now Jesse who was there in the finance department we had worked with previously when we bought our 3 Subaru a 2025 Crosstrex ,he’s extremely knowledgeable, personable and kind. So to add our 4th Subaru was a pleasure with the people from Napleton Schaumburg Subaru and they will keep our business going for years to come. Jake who originally took my call and set up everything for us he’s absolutely fantastic also. Just a great team here. Had to bring my car in for an airbag light on the car , their service department is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. The techs are always friendly when you arrive.
