We had an amazing experience at Napleton’s Volkswagen! We visited last Friday to look at a few vehicles and test drive but we weren’t ready to pull the trigger just yet. Stefanie greeted us right away and is the most personable salesperson I’ve ever met! She answered all of our questions and made the process so easy when we were finally ready to buy. I think it took us a little over 3 hours from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off with our new 2026 VW Atlas! Considering EVERY other car purchasing experience I’ve had was an all day ordeal, this was truly a breath of fresh air. The VW team is clearly a well oiled machine and they all helped make it happen. Idris, the manager, was also very receptive to our concerns and worked with us when it came to the numbers. Lastly, I’ve gotta give a huge shout out to Stefanie. I’d highly recommend working with her if you’re in the market for a new car! The Volkswagen team is lucky to have her!

Von is the perfect salesman that you would love to meet. Great customer service. Very helpful. Very nice gentleman. Works hard. Great eye contact. And kept a smile on his face. Scheduled a service online For my wife Since I haven’t been home in quite a while, In the comments, oil, fuel filter, tire rotation. I called to make sure the fuel filter was getting Changed, a service scheduler answered and was no help and hung up on me. Couldn’t get the service to answer the phone after. Service scheduled for 11 AM clicked that she would wait there, didn’t get done till 3pm. Upon arrival, the bill was $400. $80 for a fuel filter and $129 for labor for something that takes 10 minutes to change and plug in the machine to purge the air out for the diesel. Something that should’ve taken at the most two hours for a new mechanic took four hours and I was overcharged. Was told the service manager wasn’t very polite either. Was also told the best mechanic they had was working on it… ok lol. Never coming back again to waste my time and money.

I am grateful for the excellent service of the sales team. Von made the sales experience as easy as possible. He went the extra mile to help. He was also the most personable sales person I have ever worked with. Joey, the manager stayed on top of each step of the process with amazing precision and professionalism. These men are the assets that make a good business great.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Absolutely the worst possible car buying experience. I tried for 3 weeks to buy a car from out of state and never, not once was I able to talk to a sales person or sales manager that could answer questions and work with me to buy a car. I told them I wanted to pay cash and wanted an extended warranty and to please call me back. All I got was calls from people that were not in sales??? A person making an introduction text video...why? A person..twice, trying to set up an appointment to look at the car. I stated in my message the first day that I was out of state. Save yourself the headache and dont bother. Seriously, how do you ignore someone offering a cash sale? And yes, I copied and pasted this from another scathing review I posted of this lame business.
